My mission is to make it easier for listening-inspired women to directly connect with each other.
The short version of my story:
I began to understand the power of listening sessions during the early pandemic.
Listening sessions came into my life as my sincere attempt at finding as much personal well-being as possible — given the circumstances.
Frequent listening, both giving and receiving, made a huge difference in my ability to be well, stay creative, and feel connected to the larger intention of making a positive difference in the world.
I have experience as a storyteller, teacher, farmer, entrepreneur, and parent. I have a professional certificate in medicinal herbology and a degree in the History of Ideas from McGill University.
I am a member of the International Listening Association.
I live in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia with my husband and two children.
